  • Blessings This Christmas.

Christ emptied Himself for our sake. What a wonderful act of love, which has made this Christmas morning of celebration possible. An act of love that was formulated from the beginning of time in the Father's mind. Recognizing that humanity fell short of His Glory, but that God Himself could make up the difference. Healing the divide that sin had caused between God and man, wherefore granting us a renewed relationship with our Lord. What a wonderful gift of God's Love, that which would sacrifice so much for His Creation, in order for us to have relationship with Him.

5 Let the same mind be in you that was in Christ Jesus,

6 who, though he was in the form of God,

did not regard equality with God

    as something to be exploited,

    7 but emptied himself,

taking the form of a slave,

    being born in human likeness.

And being found in human form,

    8 he humbled himself

and became obedient to the point of death—

    even death on a cross.

9 Therefore God also highly exalted him

    and gave him the name

    that is above every name,

10 so that at the name of Jesus

    every knee should bend,

in heaven and on earth and under the earth,

11 and every tongue should confess

    that Jesus Christ is Lord,

to the glory of God the Father.

    Philippians 2:5-11 NRSV

  • Blessings in this Christmas-tide, Reverend. God will indeed never leave us alone, and will ever renew our Faith, through His Eternal Message.

  • Thank you so very much. I hope you had a great time this past two weeks. It was a bit too busy for me. LOL.
